When I started my business, I had no clue what was going on. I was trying everything. I was spending money on one thing after another, because nobody really knew what worked. I spent $800 on some computer, and then I'd do something else that cost $1000. The whole philosophy was 'Do anything, even if it's wrong, and we'll weed out the bad stuff and keep the good stuff.' I found that was a very expensive way to do business.

After I started coaching, your profiling program confirmed that I made the right choice to be an agent and soon after I got involved with you, things turned around and you made being a real estate sales person easier.

You help me set up some incredible systems. What's amazing is that now I've set up systems to even automate my listing appointments. I don't even go to the houses any more because I'm doing everything electronically. I might go to one out of every four houses I list now.

My first year I made $48,000 and then I got into coaching. I made $350,000 the second year and I haven’t looked back since.

From one strategy you encouraged me to pursue, it led me to get a group of homeowners together and we've got about 23 million dollars in sales pending as a result of that. Soon I'll be moving into my first new house (May 16) and I'm so excited! You must come over and see it in June if you visit Toronto. Back in 2003, I was very uncertain about my future both personally and professionally. My relationships with men were not focused in the right direction and my relationships with clients were short lived and I needed to learn sales skills and how to manage my finances and how to grow my business strategically. Most of all, I needed coaching on how to "position myself better".
