Here are some details about how the Success Summit process works:

Getting Started:

When you contact us, I will set a short meeting (15 minutes) with you to determine your needs:

  1. What are your strategic goals for your company?
  2. What are the biggest challenges your company faces?
  3. What are the biggest challenges your salespeople face?
  4. What do you need?
  5. What do your salespeople need?
  6. What do your salespeople want?

From this initial meeting, I can determine whether we can work together. Although there are sever solutions that you might need at this point, I will outline the Success Summit process on this website. Other solutions may include:

  2. Team profiling and review
  3. Coaches training

The Success Summit Process:

Once we determine that the Success Summit process is the best option for you, we will begin with an initial workshop:

  1. We will decide on a particular topic or workshop based upon the answers we uncovered in the initial meeting (above)
  2. We will set a date for the workshop
  3. many times we may get someone to sponsor the workshop (possibly to provide lunch or meeting space)
  4. We will confirm the date, time, and location with you or your support staff
  5. We will customize a workshop flyer in PDF format for distribution throughout your office and posting on the company bulliten board SAMPLE
  6. We will email the flyer and announcement of the workshop to your roster
  7. we will call every salesperson on your company roster (via voice broadcast) and share an exciting announcement of the workshop <<LINK TO SAMPLE>>
  8. we will email and voice broadcast reminders the day before and the day of the workshop to help increase the meeting attendance.
  9. We will get in touch with you before the workshop to check for anything that needs our attention before the workshop occurs
  10. During the workshop:
    • There will be giveaways, drawings, and exciting bonuses to keep your salespeople engaged in the workshop
    • Workbooks and support materials may be provided (depending upon topics)
    • We will gather the attending salespeople's business cards and survey them about their needs and goals.
    • The salespeople will have the chance to sign up for the 45-Day Challenge
    • The salespeople will have the change to request free coaching
  11. After the workshop, our trained coaches will follow up with all salespeople and provide them one on one coaching.
  12. We will follow up with you to debrief the meeting and set the next workshop date and subject matter.

Coaching will continue for the duration of the time your salespeople are with your company. The frequency can vary, but we will maintain a minimum of 1 coaching call per every 6 months for every salesperson.

Workshops will continue as well for as long as you and the salespeople are getting value from the diversity of subjects and processes we provide for you. The recommended frequency is on a monthly basis, but for free we will provide workshops every 6 months.
