Why does most training fail?

Lack of follow up and accountability

Most salespeople in a workshop LEARN things and now they KNOW things.

Have you ever KNOWN something and not ACTED on it? Of course.

WHAT YOU KNOW MAKES NO DIFFERENCE IN RESULTS.

KNOWLEDGE ≠ POWER

Without accountability to DO what you KNOW over and over again, constantly honing your actions and knowledge, you’ve gotten ‘jack’ from training.
